this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We
reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and
you are bound by the version available on the site at the date of
purchase. You confirm that all information you have provided is accurate

Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our
shopping system over the Internet. All credit card transactions are
handled using a secure payment system provided by NOCHEX.
Prices
All prices stated on the website are subject to change without notice.

Payment
Where payment is made by credit or debit card, you authorise us
to debit your card with the total cost of the products selected plus
delivery costs. Any refunds made in respect of returns or cancellation
will be made by the same method as payment was sent to us. If
your payment cannot be verified or is in any way unacceptable, the
order will not be dispatched.
Dispatch
When payment has been confirmed, we will ship your product
as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24
hours of receiving payment. If your order
cannot be shipped within this time period we will contact you.
Title
Title to the product passes at the time we
dispatch the product. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused
during delivery. This is covered by the shipping insurance.
Liability
We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business or other
consequential, special or indirect loss arising out of the use of any
product purchased from this site. All implied warranties and
undertakings are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by
law.
Warranty
All products carry a 12 month warranty.
Faulty Products
& Returns
If you believe your goods have a fault, please contact us by
telephone or email. Faulty products should be returned directly to us by
recorded post and we will send out a replacement. Where no replacement
is available, a full refund will be issued. We will refund return
postage costs you incur returning a product to us.
Orders will not be accepted for return if they
are not faulty. If a returned item is found to not be faulty, the
product will be returned to you and you will be charged for postage.
Undelivered /
Missing Products
Orders failing to be delivered will be re-sent at our expense.
Cancelled
Orders
If you cancel your order whilst its status remains at
“pending” or “processing” we will refund the
full cost of the purchase. If the status has progressed to
“dispatched” the usual returns policy applies.
